Sony Ericsson C903 Cybershot – Review
Do you like taking pictures using your cell phone? Are you in search of a high power cell phone with an impressive camera features? Well look no more for Sony Ericsson recently announced the latest addition to its family of Cyber-shot camera phones, the Sony Ericsson C903.
The new Sony Ericsson C903 is a stylishly slim slider phone packed with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera. Not only that, the camera also comes with its very own protective lens cover and easy to use camera keys. These allow you to take as many pictures as you like without worrying about the safety of the lens of your cell phone’s camera. It also features up to 16x digital zoom for precision picture taking.
Just like other Cyber-shot camera phones, the Sony Ericsson C903 also offers many features especially with regard to enhancing and getting quality pictures. It comes with Sony Ericsson’s Face Detection, Smile Shutter, and BestPic technologies.
These software features are very limited in other camera phones but Sony Ericsson packed them all together in the Sony Ericsson C903. The Face Detection software can identify three people in the frame for easy focus. On the other hand, the unique Smile Shutter software automatically snaps a picture when someone is smiling. Another great feature is the BestPic software which can fire off nine photos and allows you to choose or search for your favorite photos. The new Sony Ericsson C903 is also compatible for video and picture blogging.
Moreover, you can store images using a Memory Stick Micro M2 external card. In addition, you can also upload images to other photo services available in the internet like Picasa and Flickr. You can also geo-tag your favorite photos using an onboard GPS technology.
The premium Cyber-Shot phone has music integration similar to that of the Sony Ericsson Walkman. It has an album art, media player, PlayNow, Track ID, and music tones (MP3/AAC). It is also equipped with an FM radio and A2DP Bluetooth support for stereo headsets. Another feature is its 2.4 inches auto rotating TFT display and TV-out functionality which allow you to display pictures on your television.
The over-all design of Sony Ericsson is simple. It has wallpaper animation, picture wallpaper, and an autorotate. However, you will surely enjoy its entertainment features which include 3D games, motion gaming, Java, Walk Mate, YouTube, and FM radio with RDS.
Meanwhile, it is also packed with the standard organizer menu which includes a phonebook, alarm, calculator, notes, time, calendar, flight mode, tasks, and stopwatch. On the other hand, its accessories include a user guide which is presented as an E-manual on the phone, battery, battery charger, and a stereo portable hands-free.
The Sony Ericsson C903 also features web browsing, video streaming, and other multimedia features. It is available in Lacquer Black, Techno White, and Glamour Red colors.
The Sony Ericsson C903 is indeed one of the best camera phones and it can be yours at the price of 612 USD or 24,827 INR.
